Heng Guan Huey (Joanne)
Associate
A first-class graduate, Joanne hails from the University of West of England (Bristol) who was then called to The Inner Temple, Inns of Court (England). In 2021, Joanne was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Prior to joining the firm, Joanne represented and advised clients for tenancy and strata related matters, probate and letters of administrations. With the benefit of her previous experience, Joanne’s current portfolio encompasses of high-net-worth clients involving tenancy and land related disputes.
Joanne is conversant in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Hokkien (dialect).
Siet Yi Heng
Associate
Siet holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Profession.
He manages a broad range of litigation cases, including among others construction, commercial, criminal, family and insolvency.
Siet is experienced in handling matters across all court levels, tribunals, and government offices, and he assists with police investigations. In conveyancing, he prepares sale and purchase agreements, coordinates with land offices, and handles tax and utility-related matters.
Outside of work, Siet enjoys exploring forest trails and is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
Bailey Fernandez
Associate
Bailey Fernandez holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Liverpool and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at BPP University, Manchester. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Middle Temple) on 23 November 2023 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2025.
Bailey has a growing interest in general litigation and has prior experience in a range of contentious matters, including motor vehicle accident claims, garnishee proceedings, and the drafting of legal opinions. He has represented corporate clients such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad in meter tampering and recovery cases and has successfully recovered property from defaulting tenants.
He has also dabbled in conveyancing work, including the preparation of S&P agreements as well as tenancy agreements.
Outside of legal practice, Bailey enjoys golf and badminton and he is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Cantonese.
Suziani Noor Aris

Suziani is a MAICSA Associate graduated with Master in Business Administration majoring in Corporate Governance from Putra Business School of University Putra Malaysia. Suziani holds a Diploma in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from Multimedia University as well is a qualified Commissioner of Oaths.
With more than 20 years of experience, Suziani advises companies as to regulatory and compliance related matters and further assists clients (local and international) in registration of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, shareholding related exercises and proffers strategic planning to start-ups.
Suziani is conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
